Supplying: good to know
Offering your flowers or plants on our floriculture marketplace and supplying them to our hubs is quickly arranged. To do that, you need to have a number of things in place. What is involved?
Preparing for sales and delivery
Want to supply flowers or plants to our physical hubs for auction, Auction presales, or direct trade? We make all the logistics and administrative processes surrounding (international) supply as easy as possible for you.
How does it work? Create and process delivery notes on Floriday
- If you want to trade via Royal FloraHolland, it is necessary to provide your lots with a delivery letter.
- For your auction trade as well as your direct trade.
- You can offer your products to be auctioned on auction trolleys or CC containers.
- When delivering your products to Royal FloraHolland on auction trolleys or CC containers, you must provide them with the correct, printed delivery note.
- You prepare and send an 'Auction delivery note' on Floriday or in your software package connected to Floriday.
- Do not print the delivery note until you have completed everything. All the information is then encrypted in the QR code on the note.
Logistics fulfillment
Whether you sell all your flowers and plants at auction, directly or actually prefer a combination of auction and direct trade, Royal FloraHolland makes supplying and delivering to your customers as easy as possible for you. Even if you don't yet know when or through which sales channel you want to sell. Or if you don't have enough space yourself to store your products temporarily. Together, we will find a solution that suits you.
