You will need authorisation (also known as a ‘chain link’). Follow the procedure below to request this:
You can submit a request to our Customer Contact Center for an autorisation (also known as a ‘chain link’) for the announcement, collection and/or return of packaging by another party. In the ‘Subject’ field, enter ‘Requests Chain Link Packaging Online’. In the ‘Description’ field, state your own administration number and also which other party (read: administration number) you want to authorise. You will hear from us within two working days.
How can I cancel a authorisation (also know as a ‘chain link’)?
You can submit a request to our Customer Contact Center to cancel an authorisation (also known as a ‘chain link’) for the announcement, collection and/or return of packaging by another party. In the ‘Subject’ field, enter ‘Cancel Chain Link Packaging Online’. In the ‘Description’ field, enter your own administration number and also the other party (read: administration number) with which you want to cancel the authorisation. You will hear from us within two working days.

- Log in to 'My Royal FloraHolland'.
- Under 'My services', click on 'Available services' to activate the service.
- Add the service 'Cask collection and dispensing' (not to be confused with 'Logistic resources online').
- Then under 'Start web services' click 'Cask collection and dispensing'.
