Completion CC TAG6 relabelling campaign at Royal FloraHolland CC depots

In the period 4 January to 15 February 2025, the CC TAG6 'relabelling campaign' will take place at the Royal FloraHolland CC depots. From 6 January 2025, all CC containers, which are part of the CC pool, will have the new yellow label TAG6. We have informed you about the label campaign through our Royal FloraHolland channels in recent weeks and are now informing you of its completion. The relabelling campaign will end on Sunday 9 March 2025. Check if any actions are needed from your side!

If you still need to collect labels from us or submit them, we ask you to do so as soon as possible before the completion of the relabelling campaign. We have extended the submission and collection deadline for TAG6 labels once by three weeks. Please note: this means that the deadline for submitting and collecting TAG6 labels is Sunday, March 9, 2025! On 10 March, we will reset the label balances to zero. Read below what the procedure is if you have not submitted labels or what the procedure is if you have not collected labels.

Submit your labels before your credit expires on 9 March 2025
Until 9 March 2025, the moment you submit part of the requested CC TAG6 labels, you can collect CC containers for that number only. Once you have submitted all CC TAG6 tags, you can use our regular services again at our CC depots and collect CC containers. So make sure you bring the new labels with you when you collect CC containers from the CC depot. You can, however, make transactions and transfers.

Procedure for unsubmitted TAG6 labels: write-off from CC balances
If you have not submitted any or insufficient TAG6 labels during the regular opening hours of our CC depots until Sunday 9 March 2025, your outstanding CC container credit will be forfeited. This outstanding credit equals the number of TAG6 labels you still have to submit to Royal FloraHolland. On 10 March 2025, we will deduct this label balance from your current ongoing CC balance, making the label balance equal to zero and allowing you to physically collect CC containers from us again. Is your ongoing balance insufficient? Then you pay rental fees.

Procedure for not collected TAG6 labels: labels revert to Royal FloraHolland
If you have not collected TAG6 tags from our CC depot during our regular opening hours until Sunday 9 March 2025, they will revert to Royal FloraHolland. On 10 March 2025, we will reset your TAG6 label credit in our records to zero and withdrawal of new labels from CC depots will no longer be possible.

Authorisation on submission or collection of new CC labels by third parties
So it is important, that you hand in or collect your TAG6 labels as soon as possible. Are you unable to come yourself? You can also get someone else to do this. This does require authorisation. This authorisation must be fully completed and signed by both parties.
