Royal FloraHolland conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey among members and buyers to gain insight into satisfaction with our services and the cooperative. We like to share this transparently, because together we go for better every day.

The results of the customer satisfaction survey give us a good idea of how you, as members, growers and buyers, experience our services. We realise that we sometimes ask a lot of you. While we work hard every day to innovate and improve, the shop also remains open. Which is not always easy for all parties.

General satisfaction

Compared to previous years, we see a generally stable picture. We see positive developments in a number of areas among members and buyers. Members and buyers are satisfied with our financial services and the auction clock as a good purchasing and sales tool. In addition, there is a high appreciation for our 100% payment security for growers.
By 2024, Floriday will have increased in appreciation among members, and we will see a positive development in support for Floriday among buyers. Furthermore, by 2024 buyers will have become more positive about the logistics of clock and direct purchases and will have gained more confidence in the management.

To keep attention on

The level of costs in general and the price/value ratio of the leased property are in need of improvement. Some issues can be improved quickly and easily, while others take more time. The perceived distance from Royal FloraHolland and the level of control remain issues, but the survey shows that the measures taken are starting to bear fruit. For example, this issue is mentioned less often by some members as a reason for dissatisfaction compared to last year.
