Royal FloraHolland offers buyers on the auction clock a number of new features making trading easier. From 5 March, there is a new software version of Remote Buying (KOA) with more clocks visible at the same time. In addition, RFH Pre-Auction - the new app in Floriday for all auction preparations - is now widely available. Additional functionality will soon be added, allowing large buyers to easily manage their buyer management themselves. These innovations give buyers more overview and control.

Better overview due to expansion of number of clocks in KOA
From 5 March, the number of visible clocks in KOA will be increased from 15 to 22 clocks. This will give buyers a better overview. With the expansion of the number of central clocks (roses and plants), there was a growing need from buyers for this better overview. It is now also possible to choose a layout with 6 instead of 4 clocks in the buying screen. All changes in the new version are listed here.

Auction preparation through RFH Pre-Auction on Floriday
We are working with Floriday on a single digital platform for the entire floriculture sector, and step by step we are saying goodbye to outdated systems like FloraMondo (and eventually KOA). Some buyers can therefore already use RFH Pre-Auction, the new app on Floriday for doing all auction preparation such as viewing and marking clock supply. This app is now widely available for direct buyers. For end customers, this option is not yet available. You can use the Pre-Auction app on any laptop and are no longer tied to your KOA workstation. See how it works in the RFH Pre-Auction Helpcenter.

Control buyer management and daily limits
A long-cherished wish, especially from large organisations that work with many different buyers or facilitate many customers abroad via KOA, was to be able to manage these buyer settings themselves. This also includes managing daily limits per buyer. A new self-service functionality is now being tested together with a number of buyers. Through the buyer management settings in RFH Pre-Auction, they can grant or block their buyers' rights and manage daily limits.

Michel Pronk of Flowerforce was one of the first to test this functionality and is very happy with it: "We had to call Customer Service or the KOA helpdesk every day and sometimes it just took too long and the auction had already started. Now we arrange everything ourselves at the touch of a button. This really saves us a lot of time".

Once the pilot phase is complete, we will inform all chief buyers about this new functionality.
