Flower box Fc519 out of assortment from 16 July 2024

The Fc519 deposit transition took place at the beginning of this year. For this, we introduced the new packaging code Fc520 on 15 January 2024, started a ‘re-stickering’ campaign and launched the new design. Please note: until Monday 15 July 2024, you can return the flower box Fc519 (without Fc520 stickers) with retention of deposit compensation.
After 15 July 2024, the old Fc519 (without Fc520 stickers) will go out of assortment and we will close this packaging code. According to our General Terms and Conditions Packaging, we have then given users six months to return the old Fc519 boxes (without Fc520 stickers) to us while retaining the deposit. Returning them after this date is of course still possible, but we will no longer reimburse a deposit.

Do you have customers who still have these boxes in their possession? Then ask them to return them now. That way you can avoid problems.

Collection depots You can return Fc519 to the packaging depots at our hubs and also to Plantion and VRM packaging depots. The
collection and issue of packaging is subject to standard guidelines.
