Member engagement
The involvement of our growers, our members, is crucial. Indeed, they are at the heart of our cooperative. Through the Members' Council, members can actively participate in the cooperative. We also invite members to engage in other ways, such as through online and physical member sessions, product groups, and Cooperative Day.
RFH Product Committees (FPCs)
An FPC is a product-specific group where growers who cultivate the same products regularly meet to share knowledge. This knowledge helps them address and decide on product-related issues. There are 27 FPCs, each dedicated to a specific type of flower or plant. Each FPC comprises a group of growers who contribute ideas based on their knowledge and experience. A board represents each product group and a staff member from RFH facilitates their meetings and sessions.
Cooperative Day
A special day for everyone involved in the floriculture sector: all members, growers and customers of Royal FloraHolland. Each year, we host a Cooperative Day as an opportunity to meet, inspire and enthuse one another, and also to engage in conversation. Participants can listen to inspiring speeches from Royal FloraHolland executives, politicians, and innovative entrepreneurs.
