    How can we help you?

    Register for an approval inspection
Are you worried that your product photo or the information about a lot that you’re going to supply is incomplete? If so, you can request a free approval inspection. An inspector will then check if the lot is in accordance with the supply information provided. After the lot has been auctioned, the inspector will contact you by phone for feedback. If the supply information you provided is judged to be incorrect by the inspector, you will not be charged a levy. Any adjustments will also leave your Quality Index score unaffected. During this pilot, we are conducting approval inspections free of charge until August 2022. We recommend that you do not offer a lot for which you are requesting an inspection request through Auction presales.

Advice over the phone on request
Do you have any questions about providing product photos and information? Maybe you’re not sure if your product information complies with the regulations and photo requirements? Or perhaps you’d like some tips on how to improve the reliability of your product photo or information? Then ask for some free advice over the phone. An inspector from the quality control team will contact you within 2 working days.
