Do you have subtenants in your leased space?

You have indicated that you sublet or wish to sublet all or part of the space you lease from Royal FloraHolland. In accordance with our lease agreement, you may only sublet if you have written permission from Royal FloraHolland.

You can use this form to apply to sublet within minutes. The application will only be considered if:
• All the details are filled in;

• A floor plan is attached specifically indicating which part of the space you wish to sublet.
Your application will be processed once you have completed the form and uploaded the documents.

Please note:

• That any subletting will only take place subsequent to formal approval by Royal FloraHolland. You will receive notification of this by email.

• If you have multiple subtenants, please fill out this form multiple times.
