With over 100,000 successful payment transactions a day, Royal FloraHolland is continuously working on the further development of payment options, in collaboration with our buyers and growers, with continuous attention to everything that growers and buyers need to be able to do business efficiently worldwide.
Payment methods
Buying on account
Payment on account by means of a SEPA or SWIFT authorisation. Buying on account can be combined with Deferred Payment or an eWallet. Currently, you can only pay in euros.
eWallet
Prepay via a digital prepaid wallet. The eWallet is the ideal solution if you cannot provide a deposit or bank guarantee. Using the eWallet, you can pay in US dollars or euros.
Deferred Payment
Only pay for your direct trade purchases after 7, 14, 21 or 28 days instead of within 24 hours with Buying on account. It helps keep your credit at the bank available for other investments.
Insight and administrative convenience
Having good insight into your purchases and all amounts to be paid is of course important. That's why we send you an overview by e-mail on a daily, weekly and annual basis that you can easily process in your administration. It is possible to receive these invoices in PDF, XML and also UBL format. You can set your preference on My Royal FloraHolland.

Online Statement
You have 24-hour access to all invoices and financial overviews in PDF format for all your customer numbers with us. All documentation remains available for seven years.
