What is it?
RFH Auction is an app on Floriday. So, you need a Floriday account to use it. The Auction app gives you easy access to the widest range of flowers and plants available in Eelde. The app will replace the obsolete Remote Buying (KOA). You can access Floriday and therefore the Auction app via any laptop with internet. This allows you to work independent of location.
What are the benefits?
Because Floriday is a 'cloud solution', new features are developed faster. This enables us to offer you more and more buying options, without you needing to install a new software version every time. There is also less risk of disruptions.

- Quick bidding on the auction clock due to hotkey support
- Easy switching of buyer cards, green mode and set the audio when buying
- Support for one or two auction clocks layout, choice of secondary clocks are self-adjustable
- Support for landscape mode, best experience in resolution of 1980 x 1080 pixels
- Setting hotkeys, auction clock changes and buyer cards
- Ability to give an error report before cancellation or correction transaction
- Insight into upcoming lots with markings
- Insight into lot under the auction clock with product information, supply slider and number of markings/comments
- Overview of purchases made (transactions)
How much does it cost?
The cost of using RFH Auction will remain the same as Remote Buying (KOA) for Eelde. In the future, however, this rate will change.
