Tracking & tracing is a free service, it's an option of the Connect logistics service in Naaldwijk, Aalsmeer and Rijnsburg.
How does it work?
If you are a buyer of Royal FloraHolland and the products you have bought directly from our growers, via Connect logistics, are being delivered in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk or Rijnsburg, you can follow each order and see precisely where it is: arrived at the dock, on its way to your box or delivered to your box. Naturally, we handle the available information confidentially. You see only the lots that are yours.
