The subscription to this service is free of charge, the cost involved to send the message will be accounted for as part of the subscription of the message service itself.
How does it work?
For suppliers the resending of EDI messages is only possible from the Aalsmeer location. To resend EDI messages from the Naaldwijk and Rijnsburg locations and Direct Trade, suppliers can contact Customer Services, which can resend them to you.
For suppliers the resending of EDI messages is possible from the locations Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk, Rijnsburg and Eelde. For resending direct trade EDI messages, please contact customer service. They will then resend the EDI messages to you.
