What is it?
The spending limit is the maximum amount you can spend on the Royal FloraHolland marketplace. This amount is determined, among other things, by the issued bank guarantee, deposit, credit insurance, eWallet credits, own payment experience and credit reports.
How does it work?
Orders placed on the Royal FloraHolland marketplace are checked for the available spending limit. If there is sufficient space, a reservation (claim) will be made on the spending limit. This gives the grower the certainty of payment.
You can find your spending limit in My Royal FloraHolland. You can find the total spending limit for your buyer administrations here. You can set which spending limit you want to allocate to clock and direct. And then you will also find the remaining spending limit for clock trading and direct trading on this page.
Please note: Currently, spending limit is only active if you are a buyer trading via Floriday and using the eWallet. If you do not yet trade via Floriday and do not use the eWallet, this information is not yet visible.
