Your benefits

  • You can automate the control over your orders.
  • You save time and prevent mistakes.
  • You no longer have to input invoices manually if you have the right accounting package.

What does it cost?

Subscription to e-Invoice is free of charge. It does not matter in which format you want to receive the digital invoice.

How does it work?

With the free subscription to the e-Invoice service, you will receive all your clock, direct trade, and service invoices from Royal FloraHolland by email in XML or UBL format, not as PDF. Only the invoices from the auction locations Eelde and Rhein-Maas are excluded, as they are not yet available in UBL or XML format.

For UBL, there are some additional instructions to pay attention to:

  1. Go to my RFH and under billing, there is an option to enter an email address for UBL billing.
  2. Enter your email address that can be used for UBL.
  3. Optional: If you wish, check if you (or your software supplier) are connected to the Peppol Network so that it automatically lands in the accounting package.
  4. Once the email address is filled in, the system needs one day to prepare everything behind the scenes.

There are some caveats you should know before starting UBL billing:

  1. The UBL solution does not yet work 100% for our self-billing invoices. The plus and minus amounts can be misinterpreted by the software.
  2. Invoice codes can be marked as general ledger accounts by the software. If marked as such, the booking may be incorrect in your system.
  3. Therefore, we recommend also using PDF billing and XML billing.
  4. If many errors occur in processing UBL invoices, we request that you first contact your software supplier.
