Management Board
The Management Board of Royal FloraHolland is responsible for the policy and business operations. It is accountable to the Supervisory Board.
The Management Board, as defined in the articles of association, is ultimately responsible for managing both the cooperative and the company. The articles of association stipulate that the Management Board must consist of at least two people: a chief executive officer (CEO) and a chief financial officer (CFO). The articles of association and the management regulations govern the subjects for which the Management Board requires prior approval from the Supervisory Board and the Members' Council. The Management Board, together with a number of senior managers, forms the management team (MT) of Royal FloraHolland (MT-RFH). The MT-RFH is responsible for execution, the day-to-day management of the company and cooperative, and the implementation of the strategy. The MT-RFH meets weekly or biweekly to discuss all ongoing issues and the progress of strategy implementation.
